CORE CHARGE
Core charges may be applied to engine assemblies, crankshafts, cylinder heads, and other parts. What is a core charge? It’s like a keg deposit. That part you are purchasing contains a component that is rebuildable. We charge that core deposit at the time of purchase. If/when that old part is returned to us, the core charge is refunded to you.
REFUND AND RETURN POLICY
There are no returns on Custom Order Components, Electrical Parts, Decals, Marks, or Emblems. All other returns are subject to a 15% restock fee, plus shipping costs. All returns must be in original packaging and un-installed. All returns must be initiated within 30 calendar days of delivery and have a return authorization #. For all current order inquires please email: sales@ossparts.com Oversized boxes will cost more to ship. We will contact you if a shipment cost has changed.

PREPARE YOUR PACKAGE FOR RETURN
Pack your item securely, inserting any paperwork that was included when you requested your return from us (tracking number, order sheet, return authorization number). If you don't have the original product packaging, use a sturdy box and include padding such as packing bubbles or newspaper. Attach your return label to the outside of the package.
SHIP YOUR RETURN BASED ON THE RETURN SHIPPING OPTION YOU SELECTED.
The cost of return shipping as well as any restocking fees that may apply, will be deducted from your refund. If you choose to ship the item on your own, you will pay the carrier at the time you ship your return. If the return is the result of Operational Speed Supply, LLC error, we'll refund your return shipping costs up to a maximum amount it would cost us to ship it via ground shipping.
ORDER/CANCELLATION POLICY
Please be sure you want something before you order it! In the unfortunate event that you have to cancel your order with us or change an item after your order has been placed, please be aware that in some situations an item has to be ordered from our distributors. Once your item has processed and shipped to us from the manufacturer or distributor, there is no stopping it!! Cancellation of an item or order at this point will be subject to the above return policy. Post-order size changes will be subject to the appropriate exchange fee.
DELIVERY SCHEDULE
We process your orders as we receive them. We will normally send your order to you within 1 to 2 business days or will notify you if the item is backordered.
SHIPPING
Products may ship in multiple boxes, ship from multiple warehouses across the US and arrive on different days depending on the ship method. This is done at no extra charge so we can give you a better and more economical service. Operational Speed Supply’s Standard Shipping may include one of, or a combination of, UPS Ground, FedEx Ground, USPS First Class Mail or USPS Priority Mail.
**FREE Shipping Offer
To qualify for FREE shipping through OSS Parts, the parts on an individual order must meet a combined total value of $100 or more. Orders must use Standard Shipping during checkout to an address in the contiguous 48 U.S. states.
Oversized Shipments:
Certain oversized items require additional handling charges due to their extreme size, weight or because they are delivered by truck freight. Some of those items may include wheels, tires, full suspension lift kits, oversized bumpers, tire carriers, body tubs, hard tops and cargo racks. Any additional charges will be shown during checkout.
BACK ORDERS
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will be notified via Email in 1-2 business days if your item is back ordered. You will have the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
PRICE CHANGES
Prices subject to change due to interchanged part numbers in the event that this happens we will contact you prior to shipping. Oversized boxes will cost more to ship. Prices subject to change without notice, in the event of a price increase we will contact you prior to placing your order.
TAX CHARGES
For orders made from within the United States sales tax will be applied to all in state orders.
CREDIT CARD SECURITY
All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.

IMPORTANT NOTICE TO FREIGHT ORDERS
Please be sure to inspect the shipment for damage prior to signing for it. If there is noticeable damage to the box, please inspect the part for damage as well.
In the event that your part(s) is/are damaged, it is important that you refuse the delivery and contact us immediately. By signing for the shipment, you are agreeing that it was delivered in good condition, therefore no damage claim can be filed with the carrier.
Once the shipment is signed for, you are liable for any damage to the parts.
So please be sure that your shipment has arrived in good condition prior to signing for it. If your delivery is being shipped to a commercial address, please be sure that any employee that could sign for it knows this information as well and either contacts you when the shipment comes in, or inspects it for damage before signing any paperwork.
**LIFT GATE NOTE** In the event that you should require a lift gate, the customer is responsible for the charges. These charges start at $90.00 USD from FedEx and you will get a bill in the mail from FedEx, after using this option.

Our Liability Policy
Operational Speed Supply, LLC’s liability for losses or damages, arising out of any cause whatsoever, is limited to full refund of the purchase price, or at our option, repair or replacement of the part(s).
