UMI’s Corner Max front-end kits provide a comprehensive system featuring our best corner-carving parts under a single part number. The Corner Max system combines geometry-corrected A-arms with tall spindles and ball joints, higher rate springs, Viking shocks, a heavy-duty sway bar, and a bump steer kit. The addition of tall 2” drop spindles with taller ball joints significantly improves camber gain and allows for a lower center of gravity. The foundation of the kit includes coilover-only lower A-arms that enhance caster, feature quality ball joints, and allow easy removal of the spring and shock without disassembling the spindle. The upper A-arm includes rod ends for smooth operation and can be adjusted without shims. The 1-5/16” sway bar upgrade, complete with UMI’s fabricated end links, reduces body roll and enhances transition speed. Racing coilover springs are paired with Viking shocks, and fine-tuning is achieved with a UMI bump steer kit. The Corner Max kit is designed to optimize the stock GM clip's performance with a true bolt-on kit. All UMI Performance parts are fabricated and tested with pride in Philipsburg, PA – USA, and have been race proven on the UMI LeMans. Features: - Exceptional handling with a 2-3” lowering. The included drop spindle allows additional lowering compared to the factory spindle. - Up to 10 degrees of static caster without moving the spindle pin. - Up to 1.2 degrees of camber gain per inch. - 1.75” taller spindle with a 2” drop and ½” tall upper ball joint. - Easily change shocks and springs at the track using UMI’s unique quick-change system. - 850 lb/in race-proven spring rates for outstanding handling. - Viking shocks. - 1-5/16” solid sway bar with swivel end links for proper kit balance. - Bump steer kit for precise adjustments. - Thrust bearings and an adjusting wrench included for easy height changes. - Raced and tested on UMI’s 1972 LeMans test car. - All UMI suspension components are designed and manufactured in the USA.
